Days, not weeks!

So there was quite the fabulous game last night down at the arena. The more I'm watching the Sabres work ethic, the more I am getting excited about this season. Obviously there's pros and cons to any team, and Buffalo is no exception. The fact that they scored 4 goals in the 2nd period alone against one of the best defensive teams in the game is proving to fans and critiques to not count them out of anything. By gosh I like it! And this is coming from the girl who wanted a Detroit repeat last spring (that was as long as the Caps didn't make it to the finals).

Here I go rambling.. but anyway, I've been highly impressed with the Sabres defensive mindset and the defense. Minus one player. Steve Montador. I mean, I'm not expecting much out of him, but he's not living up to my very low expectations. He is only a -1 and somehow has 10 shots on goal... maybe it's just because I'm so impressed with Tyler Myers (LYKE OMGZ) that I seem to not care about Monty and put him down. My apologies if that's the case.

I must say though, it's AMAZING to have Mike Grier back...& I told him that before the season even started.... to which he replied in that calm, awesome, Mike Grier way 'thanks'. While he is just doing his defensive team thing on the ice, the real key is what he's doing in the lockerroom (something I don't really know. OooOooOooOOo mystery).

Wellllllll I honestly don't want to post anymore for now. And I'm in a strange mood . PEACE OUT HOMESLICE

Welcome to my brain

Welp, the world needs another hockey blogger, doesn't it? I suppose it's finally time for me to do my thing and write what I always tell my friends. After all, it's not real until it's on the internet.

More hockey ramblings, including a recap of tonight's games in the morning!
